In addition, Bing Pilates Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission to or continuation of a class where we consider it appropriate to do so, whether for medical or any other reason. Where admission is refused, no refund will be available.

Please fill in your registration form correctly and accurately to the best of your knowledge. It is then important that if there are any changes in your health, or your ability to exercise, that you notify your teacher verbally before the start of any session. If during a class, or at the end of the class, you experience any pain, breathlessness or any other discomfort you must stop immediately and notify the instructor. Please note that Pilates is not a medical treatment and any information you receive in class or from any Bing Pilates ltd representitive at any time, does not constitute medical advice.  It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate medical advice to ensure that you are fit and healthy to partake in any form of exercise and that it is suitable for your needs. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

You understand the various risks associated with an exercise programme and it is your desire to participate. The teacher can accept no liability for death or personal injury related to participation in a class if:

(a)       Your doctor has, on health grounds, advised you against such exercise.

(b)       You fail to observe instructions on safety or technique.

(c)        Such injury is caused by the negligence of another participant in the class.

(d)       It's an Online Class.

We may, from time to time, provide you with exercises that you may decide to undertake outside of our classes.  These will be relevant/suitable for you, and only these exercises should be considered. They will only ever be exercises you have be shown and practiced in class, but you should only carry out exercises you are comfortable with. You must ensure that you take all necessary steps to protect yourself against risk of injury, including ensuring that you are suitably warmed up prior to undertaking any exercises and that you stop immediately if you experience any pain, breathlessness or any other discomfort. You should only undertake the exercises in a suitable environment.  As above we will not be held liable for any death or personal injury sustained from undertaking these exercises, except when caused by our negligence.

ONLINE CLASSES

Bing Pilates Ltd offers 'Online Classes' to a range of clients. Online classes are conducted over the internet using communication software that allows two way video and audio connection in real time between a Bing Pilates Ltd teacher and the client. Online classes allow for a teacher to offer information and guidance for educational purposes only.

By booking and attending an Online Class with Bing Pilates Ltd, you agree that Online Pilates Classes are for information and advice relating to the education and practise of Pilates methods only. Bing Pilates Ltd accepts no liability for any death or personal injury sustained from exercises performed during or after an Online Class. The client accepts full responsibility for the exercise space, equipment and all their own movements performed during  and after an Online Class.

The client accepts that a Teacher has a limited ability to fully see movements during an Online Class and is unable to give hands on guidance, therefore the teacher may use various communication techniques including but not limited to analogies or metaphors in the delivery of information. The client agrees to take full responsibility for the interpretation of information and all movements made as a result of the information provided during a class.
